Description

Kaffa was born in May 1903 with the mythical Portuguese “Brasileira”, one of the most iconic coffee shops in Europe. A story of aromas, feelings and emotions that was preserved within the same family for generation after generation. From a tiny shop in the center of Lisbon to an area of 4000 m2, much has changed except for the will to do better and better.

Today Kaffa is a young and modern brand, responding to the demands of the “espresso lovers” without any sort of additives or chemicals in the composition of their coffee. Their constant modernization and focus on innovation led to the specialization of the manufacture of their own coffee capsules, a completely automated process which today has a production capacity of about 500 million capsules a year.

Given the different formats of the capsules, KAFFA provides different formats of packages with the intention of adjusting to the distribution profile of the different customers.

Between the mountains in northeastern Portugal, a spring of water with mineral gas is born. This water was described by the doctor of the king in 1725 as being a holy water, and thanks to its qualities received several medals in several international fairs. Its reputation was growing and in 1994 technology joined this power of nature - The Frize brand was launched.
